Accommodation

Between April and October, depending on our availabilities in the camp, the accommodation will be a combination between Airbnb and our host partner in NYC.

 The guests will be provided with private single rooms. Shared rooms only exists for friends and partner booking together as a shared rate.

Once booking with us, you are confirming that you are in good health to practice sport, fitness, wellness and any other physical activities, excursions and other activity included in your program.

Our camp is not suitable for pregnant women. It is your responsibility to check with your doctor that you are fit to travel and capable of performing the activities we offer.

We are not responsible for any illness, injuries or psychological conditions that you may have nor for any possible risks, illness injuries or psychological conditions that you may develop during and after the camp. Booking with us you agree to be fully healthy and financially responsible for your own physical condition and wellbeing during the camp.

You confirm that the camp is in no way psychotherapeutic, nutrition and medical in nature. The camp is not involved with the treatment of disease of any kind and does in no way substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Boxing Culture organizers and other and coaches do not treat, prescribe, or diagnose any illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. Any personal advice or answers to my questions that are given to me on this camp are for entertainment purposes only.

Responsibility 

You are responsible for your equipment and all personal property during the camp holiday. We are not responsible and liable in any way for such property whether it is lost, stolen or damaged, you are responsible for your own safety.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to have travel insurance that covers any activity proposed in our training  program that you booked as well as potential losses, cancellations, illness or damage, and risks.

Training Camp in NYC flexible dates

Our training programs are designed by our professional coach fred Julan  who trains with Manny world champions. You as a beginner, intermediate and advanced in boxing or other striking sport have the opportunity to join our professional training to get fit or fitter and improve your boxing skills. The training schedule is suitable for all level (beginners, intermediate and advanced).

The sample schedule of days and time can vary.

Typical day example:

  • 5:00-7:00 AM jogging for stamina (Level: Normal)

  • 7:00-11:00 AM Breakfast, rest, Lectures, free time 

  • 12:00-2:00 PM Snacking time, Training in the Gym as Sparring or --> heavy bag, hand speed, special strength and conditioning in Boxing (Level: Hard)

  • 2:00-5:00 PM  Lunch, Rest ,Free Time/excursions in the city

  • 7:00-7:30 PM Short recovery /functional training or short Strength training session.

 Location

The Camp will take place in typical Boxing Gym in Brooklyn in the heart of 
Bedford 
Stuyvesant.
