Sparring Culture – Event Description

Sparring Culture is a structured, coach-led sparring class designed to help you learn safely and effectively.

Each session focuses on a specific theme (fundamentals, defense, body work, distance control), with controlled intensity and clear objectives for every round.

This is not about winning rounds — it’s about developing skills, understanding boxing, and improving in a safe, respectful environment.

Equipment Requirements:

A mouthpiece is mandatory to participate. Headgear is also required for all sparring rounds. Headgear will be provided for sparring, but for drills, it is recommended to bring your own.
