Fulfillment Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions (the "Warehousing Agreement") govern all use of the warehousing and fulfillment service (the "Warehousing Services") available on or at the website (the "Site"). The Warehousing Services are owned and operated by Printful Inc. ("Printful" or “our”). The Warehousing Service is offered subject to your (the "User" or "you") acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Printful—including, without limitation, Terms of Service, Shipping, Pricing, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and others—each of which is incorporated into this Warehousing Agreement by reference and can be found here: If you do not agree to this Warehousing Agreement, do not use the Warehousing Services.

By providing the Warehousing Services, Printful receives and stores inventory on the User's behalf. Printful will prepare the inventory ("Products") for shipment directly to the User's customers ("Customers") upon instructions by the User. Printful receives and processes Customer exchanges and returns.

Return Policy

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

  • The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

  • Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

  • If you haven't registered an account on and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

  • Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

  • Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size.

COVID-19 Related Policies for training Camps in 2021:

These steps might include (but not be limited to): maintaining adequate social distancing; frequent hand washing, hygiene, and sanitation measures; not sharing materials, equipment, and spaces; providing and wearing any requested PPE; and moving activities outdoors when possible. By registering, participants agree to comply with whatever additional health and safety measures are being requested by Boxing Culture at the time of their class(es).

  • By registering, Participants agree that should they develop any symptoms (even those unrelated to COVID-19) in the weeks leading up to camp or during camp, (or have exposure to persons who are ill with COVID-19 symptoms) they will immediately and voluntarily withdraw from participation in the class until they have confirmed negative test results, are cleared by a physician, and are approved for return by the Boxing Culture coordinator for this program.

Code of Conduct

The participant adheres to the conduct policy of: Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible. Participants in violation of the code of conduct will be removed from class and may be asked to leave the program.

No devices, or valuable items should come during training with students. Boxing Culture is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought by students. Students should dress in attire appropriate for the activities they are registered for, including but not limited to: comfortable active shoes, weather-appropriate clothing for running, clothing that can be stained or damaged, etc.

Activities Involving Risk

By registering for camps, participants acknowledge that activities include inherent risks. A signed release waiver must be on file with Boxing Culture before participants can engage in activities. Classes occurring in certain locations on and off facilities may require an additional waiver specific to that space. By registering for classes and camps with activities, participants acknowledge that they recognize that there are risks, hazards, and dangers in participating in activities that could result in injury.

All participants will be expected to follow all activity instructions and to minimize risks. Participants agree to comply with all safety guidelines including (but not limited to): properly wearing Boxing safety equipment, participating in training and adhering to all instructions given, conducting themselves with awareness of their own safety and the safety of others, participating in the activity only during designated and approved times, engaging with equipment and spaces in a safe and conscientious manner, and reporting an injury or condition that would hinder proper execution and potentially endanger themselves or others, refraining from further participation in the activity if asked to by Boxing Culture Programs staff or instructors, or any other staff in partnership with Boxing Culture, immediately reporting any injury or circumstance that might impact their safe participation. Any participants not following instructions or behaving in a way that puts themselves or others at risk, may be asked to not participate in activities.
